1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, you must:

  • Provide your account information and reason for cancellation

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing period.

2.2 Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all paid features until the billing period ends
  • No refunds will be provided for the remaining days in your current billing period
  • Your account will be downgraded to free tier (if available) after the billing period ends

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Eligible for Refund

  • New subscriptions within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service interruptions due to technical issues on our end
  • Unauthorized charges on your account

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
  • Refunds for annual plans after 30 days (prorated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis)
  • Changes of mind after using the service beyond the guarantee period
  • Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination

5. Pro-Rated Refunds

Pro-rated refunds are generally not available for monthly subscriptions. However, we may consider pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Extended service outages not caused by the user
  • Significant changes to service features that materially affect your use
  • Other circumstances at our sole discretion

7. Chargebacks

Free services, including free trials and the GEO Grader tool, are provided without charge and are not subject to refund policies. No payment or refund is applicable to free services.
