4. Subscription and Payment

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 10XGEO AND QRESSY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qressy Solutions Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
